Description

Converts DBC files to CSV format.

Run the .exe in the directory which has DBC files in it, it will convert all of them to DBCName.dbc.CSV and save them in the same directory.

You must first extract the DBClientFiles from your MPQ (patch.mpq or dbcs.mpq) with a program such as WinMPQ.
